Terms & Conditions: Custom Cookie orders must be placed with at least 2 weeks notice. Orders placed with less than 2 weeks notice may incur a rush order charge. Custom orders must be paid in full once confirmation and total is provided. All orders are subject to my availability. All orders will be considered contactless and completed via porch pick up. Your confirmation email will include: order total, answers to any questions and my address for pick up. While I do my best to match the designs/specifications you’ve requested, all custom orders are subject to some artistic interpretation. I will not do designs/techniques that may compromise your cookie’s taste/texture. **ANY ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN YOUR DESIGNATED TIME FRAME WILL BE FORFEITED AND PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED** Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please provide 72 hours notice for a full refund; any orders cancelled with less than a 72 hour notice will only receive a partial refund.
